PhD in Physics (Doctoral Thesis on High Efficiency Photovoltaic Solar Cells). He works as Senior Project Manager at Enertis, where he is responsible for the preparation of the quality plans, technical specification for Photovoltaic Solar Plants. He is in charge of performing regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with IEC standards and customer requirements, as well as actively participating in strategic development based on quality control plans. Additionally, he identifies technical problems with suppliers and implement corrective actions. He also conducts capability assessments that verify supplier qualifications, travels to assigned suppliers, and lead multiple projects to completion. He holds technical negotiations with clients and suppliers minimizing risks and making more profitable projects, including new scopes. He has contributed in more than 1GW PV projects worldwide.
He has more than 16 years in the electronic component manufacturing sector, where he has extensive experience in this field, focusing on characterization, quality control and R&D ( experience in SPC, DOE, KPIs, ISO 9001 implimentation). He is a specialist in carrying out all types of inspections and tests according to MIL-STD and ESCC standards for applications in the space sector (He has contributed in ESA programme like Meteosat, Juice, Galileo, Solar Orbiter, Euclid, Bepi Colombo, and several projects for Boeing, Airbus).
As an engineer of EEE components, he offered technical support in the selection of devices, together with the tests to which they must be submitted according to the corresponding standards of the space sector.
Great experience in international business development and sales, where he has established agreements between companies in new business areas ( photovoltaic and automotive sectors).
He has published more than 20 articles in scientific journals, attended workshops and conferences of the photovoltaic and space sector, as well as participated in several EU research projects, working together with the most relevant R&D centers and international companies in the sector.
