I work as a PhD student at Fraunhofer ISE in Freiburg, Germany, on the topic of III-V//Si multijunction solar cells. Before entering the PhD programm I studied physics in Heidelberg and London.
My research focus lies on metalorganic chemical vapor phase epitaxy growth and characterisation of III-V semiconductors.
Besides research I also enjoy teaching a lot, for instance organising a photovoltaics practical course for Master students at Freiburg university.
In my free time I am concerned with the sun as well by doing outdoor sports and organising PV workshops with engineers without borders.
