Mr. Lasse Nasebandt
ISFH, Emmerthal, Germany
Lasse David received the Master's degree in nanotechnology from Leibniz University Hannover, Hanover, Germany, in 2015 with a thesis on the impact of atomic steps on leakage current characteristics of ultra-thin films deposited via molecular beam epitaxy. Since 2017, he has been working toward the Ph.D. degree with the Photovoltaics Department of the Institute for Solar Energy Research Hamelin, Emmerthal, Germany. His research interests include the solar cell development with passivating contacts and the sputter deposition of polysilicon.
