Mr. Luca Antognini

EPFL, Neuchâtel, Switzerland

Luca Antognini received the M.Sc. degree in physics from the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), Lausanne, Switzerland, in 2016. His curriculum was oriented toward statistical physics with an additional specialization in computational neuroscience. Following his engagement towards renewable energies, he has been working toward the Ph.D within The Photovoltaics-Laboratory, EPFL, headed by Prof. Christophe Ballif.

His current research interests include improvements for high efficiency crystalline silicon solar cells, focusing in particular on nanocrystalline silicon layers and new carrier selective passivating contact for silicon heterojunctions.
