Mr. Daniel Valencia-Caballero

Mr. Daniel Valencia holds a degree in Physics from the University of Valladolid (2010). He obtained an Executive Master Degree in Innovation, by the business school EOI in 2012, and a MSc in Molecular Nanoscience and Nanotechnology in 2013.

He has 10 years of experience in the field of building integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) product development. First at the R&D department of Onyx Solar and, since beginning of 2016, at the Solar Area of Tecnalia as researcher in the field of BIPV and bifacial photovoltaics. He has participated in several R&D European projects in activities related to simulation, architectural integration, prototyping and analysis of standards. He is coauthor of three patents of BIPV products; one of those is now being commercialized.
