Dr. Olivier Besida

Dr. Besida is a particles physicist at CEA (Saclay, France), PhD in 1994. Specialized in neutrino and
dark matter detection, he participated to several experiments : LAGUNA, LBNO, LENS, Double Beta
Argon, Edelweiss and DAMA, mainly in underground labs (Modane and Gran-Sasso) and at CERN.
During the crisis of neutrino faster than light, he computed in details the general relativistic effects
inside earth. From the idea of a solar neutrino detector able to detect every single photon using specific
scintillating fibers, he transfers his invention to Solar Energy as leader of the QUYOS project.
