I Baloji Adothu, completed Bachelor’s in Ceramic Technology from Andhra University College of Engineering in 2012 and Master's in Materials Science and Engineering (spec: CZTS nanocrystals for photovoltaic (PV) application) at IIT Kanpur in 2015 and Ph.D. in the field of "Reliability, testing, and characterization of crystalline silicon (c-Si) PV modules and encapsulation materials technology" at the Department of Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science and the National Center for Photovoltaic Research and Education, IIT Bombay, India in 2021. Currently working as a Researcher at IPMT, Johannes Kepler University Linz, Austria, in the field of investigation of crosslinking kinetics of different encapsulants for PV module lamination in collaboration with PV encapsulant manufacturer Borealis AG, Austria.
