Metal-halide based perovskites photovoltaics(PSC) emerged as potential candidate in hybrid tandem architecture with existing commercial PV devicessuch as crystalline silicon (c-Si) or copper indium gallium selenide (CIGS) to boost the power conversion efficiency of the PV systems and thus to lower the levelized cost of energy (LCOE). Hybrid tandem configurations combining flexible PSC with flexible CIGS can further reduce the manufacturing and installation costs, as well as the environmental footprint of the powergenerated. At the same time flexible PSC-CIGS architecture canlead towards a large scale integration of PV devices in buildings (BIPV)and vehicles (VIPV).
