Summary / Abstract:
Increasing system power generation and reducing module cost are two major problems faced by the photovoltaic industry. With the development of the photovoltaic industry in recent years, bifacial modules have attracted much attention due to their excellent system power generation capacity. The research shows that the generation gain of bifacial modules with different reflectivity surfaces can reach 5%-30%, while the module cost does not increase significantly, which can greatly meet the market demand. The development route of bifacial module by original double glass modules for the development of transparent backsheet, but regardless of the normal double glass modules or transparent backsheet modules, due to the waste cell clearance light, greatly reduce power of modules, to use of the cell gap of light, the major module manufacturers develop products of transparent grid backsheet and grid glass. This paper studies the power gain of two new products based on their principles.At the same time, the strengths and weaknesses of the two products were analyzed through material characteristics analysis and reliability analysis. Finally, the final performance of the two products on the system was compared through outdoor power generation experiment, so as to provide guidance and Suggestions for different customer needs.
