Summary / Abstract: Organometal halide perovskite solar cells (PSCs) with inverted p-i-n structure have made tremendous progress. The certified power conversion efficiency (PCE) has reached to 22.75% in laboratory scale PSCs [1]. However, upscaling laboratory scale ~0.1 cm2 cells to modules and ensuring the modules remain highly efficient and stable are still challenging. Therefore, more effort is needed to develop optimization strategies for perovskite modules. In this work, we aim to deliver perovskite modules with both high efficiency and long-term operation stability. To realize this aim, we first explore the interlayer and perovskite bulk at cell level to achieve better interfacial properties, higher perovskite quality and stable tracking efficiency, and then we implement these modification approaches in perovskite module level.
