Hybrid organic-inorganic perovskites have reached high solar efficiencies in recent years, over 20 % certified in photoconvertion efficiency.1 Among all perovskite advantages, cost-effective and low temperature processing, such as spin coating and printing, becomes this technology very competitive. However, the photovoltaic performance and stability are still considered aspects to be improved. In particular, an effective charge extraction in a complete perovskite CH3NH3PbI3 solar cell is the aim of this work. There are numerous views to achieve this goal. We focus on both processes electron extraction and hole extraction in inverted perovskite solar cell, which is more economic choice than regular architecture.
