Summary / Abstract: Ever increasing record efficiencies make it obvious that perovskite based solar cells are easily able compete with more established technologies and make themselves to be the most promising third generation photovoltaic cell technology. Bridging the gap from laboratory records to large scale energy production not only requires the solar cells to be optimized for standardized measurement conditions, but should take a variety of location-dependent illumination conditions into account. Therefore, a solar cell for real world applications needs to be optimized for a wide range of illumination angles, intensities and spectra in order to improve the overall device efficiency over a given time period.
